Industrial Revolution Ads

Machines took over the hard labor that poor families did, and it made the unemployment rate rise tremendously.

In this time, we have made many new machines. We have upgraded all the hard work and put all the magic into a machine! from making the cotton gin, telegraph, steam boats, and much much more.

Whats the industrial revolution?

From this, the cities were much bigger so it offered so much more for the people.

Because of the changes the immigrants and poor people started to get overcrowded and slum areas started to appear.

Its the process of change from a handicraft economy to a economy of machine manufacturing.

So, many people commented crimes just to support their families because they "lacked" the skills for the job compared to the machines.

With all the new machines along came the railroads had a large impact on the Industrial Revolution. Railroads could transport materials needed faster than ever, which helped factories produce goods. This helped big business grow and have more power.

  • New things were invented and upgraded over time to make life easier.
  • The railways made transporting people and trading goods much easier.
  • Poor people traveled better, cheaper, faster and comfortable.
  • Cities grew and offered a lot of work and opportunity. It makes a lot of people become successful in life.

  • Most machines took the place of human labor making the unemployment rate rise for those people who lack the skills.
  • Those who couldn't look for a better job to earn for living were forced to commit crimes just to support their families.
  • Child labor was terrible.
  • Industrialization in known cities attracted immigrants, it promised a good life but not everyone was lucky. It soon caused overcrowd in cities and slum areas started to appear.

Railroads also let people from the country move into the city, which helped provide a work force for the factories.

Child labor reached new high during the Industrial Revolution. Children worked long hours in dangerous factory conditions for barely any money. Children were useful because their size let them move in small spaces in the factories where adults could not fit. Children were paid less than adults. Child laborers often worked to help support their families, but were forced to cancel out their education. they were abused and mistreated.
