In Toronto, ON the ranges is $11-$22. The average amount of money is $16.41.
Working Conditions & Hours
The hours are 24 hours per day and 40 hours per week. That is not including over time. The working conditions are sometimes harsh because of animals that do not feel comfortable with vets but most of the time the working conditions are easy going.
Education
The education you need to become a Vet Tech is atleast 2 years in college before you can enter the work place full time.

Adapting to Change
Age 45
There is not a bad outlook so there is not a need to adapt in a negative way. The only way to adapt is to work harder.
At age 45 I will be a full time Vet Tech, with maybe a second job on the side, depending on the economy those days. I hope to be living comfortably with a good pay check coming in every week to pay my expenses.
Age 25
Age 65
At age 25 i hope to be starting or to have been at a job working, and to start building a life for myself.
At age 65 I hope to be a retired Vet Tech and be traveling the world.
