Tim Cone is a professional basketball coach in the Philippine Basketball Association and he currently heads the coaching staff of Barangay Ginebra San Miguel. He has coached in the PBA since 1989, and has spent those 27 long years decorating his teams' rafters with championship after championship, amassing a grand total 18 championships, 29 finals appearances, 3 coach of the year awards, and both gold and bronze medals in international competition. He is most known for being one of four head coaches in PBA history to accomplish the coveted grand slam, or three successive championships in a single season; he is also the only head coach to achieve this historic feat twice. Dubbed the "winningest" and most decorated coach in PBA history, Tim Cone preaches a philosophy of character, discipline, and trust that is necessary to effectively executing his world famous triangle offense--a system popularized by Phil Jackson's Chicago Bulls and Los Angeles Lakers. As of today, he is a father of 3 currently residing in the Alabang area, and he spends his days raising his family and ever striving to continue his winning tradition in the face of new adversity ahead.
