Caveman is digging with a shovel that is a 5 feet long. Zero's shovel is 20% shorter than caveman's shovel. How much more dirt does caveman remove per day then zero does?

We need to find Zero's radius. Now, R=2 and the Height(H) is H=4
V=3.14r^2 h= 3.14x 4 x4= 50.26548
Now, we need to round that to 50.27.

Now we take Zeros radius and Caveman's sooo. Caveman's Radius is 98.17 and Zeros is 50.27 sooo. We need to subtract that.

So, the answer to this problem is 47.9 ft long!!
You first, need to find out what your doing and what your needing to know. We need to know Cavemans Radius ( =R) Sooo. If you cut 5 in half you would get 2.5. Well... 2.5 is the Radius. So, You do the Height which is 5. Now we need to do V= 3.14 r^2 h = 3.14x2.5^2x5=98.17477 Now you need to round it to 198.17 and theres your Radius.
