Mitochondria/The Generator

The Mitochondria is an organelle found in large numbers in most cells, in which the biochemical processes of respiration and energy production occur.A Generator is a machine that converts one form of energy into another, especially mechanical energy into electrical energy.They both use energy to provide their function.

The Chloroplast absorb sunlight and convert it into sugar molecules and also produce free energy stored in the form of ATP through photosynthesis.A Solar Panel produces energy for the military base it gets it's energy from the sun just like chloroplasts does.

The cytoskeleton is the backbone reinforcing giving it structure. The Ranks of a solider provides them with structure depending on their ranking.The Ranks of different soliders provides the military base with structure. They compare because without the cyoskeleton and the ranks they wouldnt havc structure.

The nucleolus is the nuclear subdomain that assembles ribosomal subunits in eukaryotic cells.Weapon supply provides the essentials for an army.They both compare because they provide tools in order for the system to function.

Golgi Apparatus transports, modifies, and packages proteins and lipids and then takes them to their desinated area. Barracks are where you leave to go fulfill your orders.They Compare because the Golgi apparatus packages and transport just like barracks do.

Lysosomes/Consumption

Vacoules/Canteens

The function of lysosomes are to break down and digest waste.The Solider's consumption of food is analgous to the function of lysosomes .

Nucleus/Base Commander

Vacoules are enclosed membranes organelle in plant cells that can function for storage, water concentration, or hydrolysis of stored macromolecules.Canteens store liquid, food and possibly waste they are alike to vacoules they both are generally round in shape.

The Nucleus is the central and most important part of an object, movement, or group, forming the basis for its activity and growth.The base commander is the officer assigned to command a military base.They compare to eachother because they both are the control system of their function.

Centrioles/Staff Sergeant

The Centrioles inside a cell are to organize all of the DNA and chromosomes. A Staff Sergeant instructs sergeants on what to do and how to do it before they seperate .They compare because centrioles organize the chromosomes before they split apart and become individual cells.

Rough ER/Roadways

Rough Endoplasmic Reticulum is a network of tubular membranes within the cytoplasm of the cell occuring with studded ribosomes involved in the transport of materials.Roads is a wide way leading to from one place to another.They both compare because they both transport things from one place to another.

Smooth ER/Roadways

Smooth Endoplasmic Reticulum is a network of tubular membranes within the cytoplasm of the cell occuring within a smooth surface involved in the transport of materials. Roads is a wide way leading from one place to another. They both compare because they both transport things from one place to another.

Plasma Membrane/Wall Fortication
