Loving God,
Help all of us to be like the Good Samaritan in all that we do. Guide our hearts so that we may usese compassion and empathy in our everyday lives especially when we find it difficult to do. May we always Your words, " Love your neighbor as yourself".

Intentions
- For people caught in conflict all over the world, that they may show mercy and compassion to their enemies and in so doing, find peace. For this we pray to the Lord. Lord hear our prayer
- For all of us that You can help us to use compassion and empathy in everything we do. For this we pray to the Lord. Lord hear our prayer
- For those in our school community that feel they have no friends; that we may show compassion and show them they have someone they can count on. For this we pray to the Lord. Lord hear our prayer
- For those facing difficult decisions, that when asked for assistance we may combine truth with compassion. For this we pray to the Lord. Lord hear our prayer

Opening
Dear Lord,
We gather here today to ask for your mercy. Help us to show mercy, compassion and empathy towards others, including our enemies.
Like the Good Samaritan, may we put aside our pride, not worry about what others might think or say and treat all people with the dignity that they deserve.
