Beans are an edible seed , typically-shaped ,growing in long pods on certain leguminous plants

Grains are wheat or any other cultivated cereal crop used as food

We should eat atleast a 3-ounce serving of meat and a cup or two 3rds of a can of beans

The USDA recommends a total of 6 ounces of grain per day
