What is a bad digital citizen and what does he do?
A bad digital citizen is someone that does not follow the the internet law. For example he can cyber bully, plagiarize, hack, steal money online or many other ways that don't follow the law.

Sometimes we find it hard to use appropriate language on the internet when communicating with one another. This includes emailing, texting using a cell phone or many other ways that let us communicate with someone.

Some children issue's are that they keep sitting in front of a computer screen and is certainly not helping. It is the responsibility of a parents or an educator to understand the world children live in. They must guide them in being a responsible digital citizens.
