Trademark and Property Law

• The trademark laws protect Wessels and their logos from being used without the companies agreements
• Property law affects the users property, and the bankruptcy part of property law allows Wessles to apply for bankruptcy exemptions.

• Most of the computer law that affects Wessels allows the company to track its trucks and to protect it from fraud. Wessels is protected from fraud through the Computer Law which states that if anyone tries to hack or damage their business through a computer or any online technology, they will be prosecuted.
