Aerobic Interval Training

Alternating sessions of work and rest/recovery. The rest period is the main difference between aerobic training and anaerobic training. Aerobic training has short rests to maintain the stress on the aerobic system while the anaerobic has longer rest to ensure the system is fully recovered.

Aerobic Training

uses the aerobic energy system as the main source of energy supply

Circuit Training

develops aerobic capacity and has the potential to improve muscular endurance, strength and flexibility. In a circuit, a participant moves from one station to the next after completing the required repetitions/time.
