Why should you apply to EORO?

Although the fall semester is remote for many, we want to make you that you feel connected and can establish relationships no matter where you are.

  • Make new friends
  • Have an instant connection with an upper-class student
  • Have insight on resources to help you be successful
  • Become a part of a COMMUNITY!!

"A Home Away from Home"

So...who's in the program??

Mentees

Mentees are a cohort of

incoming 1st year and transfer

students transitioning into UD.

Students are paired with a peer

mentor and will meet on a

regular basis through the

academic year. Mentees will

also engage in cultural and social

programs and activities.

So...who's in the program??

Mentors

Upper-class students

(many who have previously been mentees) apply to serve in the role as a mentor. They are present to serve as a guide and offer insight to your experience. Most the mentors maintain leadership positions in various organizations.
