When egyptains died they cleaned there bodies

out and wraped them in cloth. This was very important to their culture.

Was a pharaoh and also a girl. Which in that time was a big deal. Because men usally had the rule over everyone. Women did not have a lot of cantrol over many things back then.

They thought that life and afterlife where

life very important. Because they thought that

you came back in another body.

Everyone was expected to worship the same

gods. The certain Gods they worshiped, however, were different in each regioon of Egypt. They practised a religion called Polytheism.

Canals made it so that if they wanted water somewhere they didn't have to carry it. Also when it rained all the water went in the canals and stopped flooding.

from invaders.

They put jewlery inside the tooms.

the afterlife.

a lot of time. Because they

didn´t have to carry water there.

replacement for money. They also payed

the slaves with wheat.

In the tooms they put furniture. So that they souls would be comfortable in the after life.

They were the rulers of Egypt.

Basically they were the boss of the Egyptians which treated them like gods.

Tombs are where they put the bodies. Once they have been cleaned out and wraped in cloth. That is where they also out the jewlery and other belongings that they thought they needed.

There were many rivers and they helped tham be able to farm. Also gave them a food source. Whiched helped a lot.

Slaves did a lot of work that no one else wanted to do. But slaves back then were treated a lot better then now days.
