If students are aware of how too properly use technology then they would be able to be able to build upon their creativity. The problem we face is lack of knowledge so this prevents us from using technology to the best of our convenience. Becoming informed about technology can help students become open minded to new tools they may have available. Encouraging and educating out students will inspire, encourage and build creativity.

Oppenheimer mentions in this chapter that a lot of money is spent in the schools, but only a small portion of students were using these resources.
From personal experience, I seen schools equip with the most expensive, up to date technology, but since
the teachers are not utilizing it effectively students
are not gaining knowledge from these sources
they have available.
