Before we start...
Gene-editing is the process of modifying DNA by adding or removing certain genes. Recently the CRISPR was invented, a gene editing tool that allows scientists to remove and insert genes quickly and inexpensively.
My Opinion
I think that while genetic modification could be helpful in eliminating diseases, I think the human race couldn't just stop there, and would probably go too far, and attempt to create a "perfect" society. This would be very very dangerous.
