Presidential Succession
The President has "executive power", which is the power to carry out the laws of the land.
Term of 4 years
Each state slects electors based on the number of representatives and Seantors they have in COngress.
Vice President chose for same term.
If the presidential office becomes vacant. the Vice President shall assume the office.
* in the instance the president is
disabled and cannot preform the duties of office, Congress can vote to transfer all duties to the vice president. To regain his position, the president must submit evidence to teh Congress that he is able to fulfill his duties.

Election Day
The most recent salary increase, to $400,000/year from $200,000/year, took effect when George W. Bush became President. The President also receives a $50,000 non-taxable expense account.
The president's slaray cannot change duringhis term.
Congress will determine the day of voting for all states in the general election.
1st Tuesday after the 1st Monday in November in even numbered years.
