Voice Acting is basically just a form of acting, so the only main things that are required are a high school education and a lot of acting experience.

A degree is not required for this career, but it would great if you have one

Shock mounts, Pop filters, and Acoustic treatment helps to make your voice sound clearer and gets rid of any unwanted background noise.

A recording booth

The average wage for Voice Actors is $47,000. It is higher if your voice work is more noticeable.

you can usually get a voice acting in big cities like Los Angeles, Vancouver, Houston, Dallas, and New York City

I will also need to overcome my weakness of Public Speaking for this career.

If I work really hard, my voice can become a renowned voice and it can lead to me being famous and getting paid more than the average Voice Actor.

Voice Acting is a form of Acting, and on the quiz I took with Mrs. Wilson, Acting was a choice.

The expectations for Voice Acting is to just make a character come to life with your own talented voice.

I have met a few Voice Actors before, but I don't know any Voice Actor personally.

I am passionate about this career, I enjoy thinking about how I could make a cartoon character come to life just by using my voice. I also enjoy making different voices and acting out different personalities.

Voice Acting does require me to travel a lot, like going to auditions, different voice acting jobs, meeting fans.

The skill I will need for this career that can get from DECHS/DCCC is Public Speaking.

Voice Acting is pretty simple

Equipment Used

First you go in to a booth and warm up your voice and practice your lines.

If I cannot get a job in Voice Acting, my second choice right now is to be a Pre-School/Kindergarten teacher.

Next, all you really do is just play your part and bring a character to life.

Setting:

You have to make many different voices and imitations when you Voice Act. It can range from a deep male voice-to- a high pitch female voice.

Salary:

Voice Acting wages also differ depending on how famous you are and who your employer is.

I could probably not make a living with that much money, so I'm going to need to have another job.
