Revolution
Wrote The Vindication of the Rights of Woman, A Vindication of the Rights of Men, Mary: A fiction, Maria: or, the Wrongs of Woman.
She believed that a republican government
was the best government.
She thought the monarchy was wrong and corrupt.
Her call for equal rights
and for an end to the
monarchy system became
a basis for revolutionary thinking in France.
In "Vindication of the
Rights of Men" she argues
that tradition and custom
are not the best ways
to do thing and that
changes must be made.
