Government
Ancient Greece had different governments per state because cities in ancient Greece were mostly city states. Around 800 BCE, most governments were ruled by rich landowners. Around 750 BCE, most governments were controlled by Aeropagus which meant council, and finally, around 500 BCE, the city of Athens came up with Democracy.
