We did not really need this device at that time because there were other devices out their that could do the same job.
This technology offered large amounts of storage and compatibility which helped store large amounts of music.
These devices would be the kind of music players we have today.
The Samsung galaxy S4
Both these devices had Web connectivity and software that was able to be downloaded. Also they both had touch screens.
These Two devices were needed because they were one of the first music players to have a touch screen.
We needed this music player because it was the first time that their was color on a music player.
This new iPod brought color to the screen and had up to 60 GB of storage.
The fifth generation Apple iPod was released in 2005.
Apple released the first iPhone and iPod Touch in 2007 which were both big hits.
