Physical

Fit n Fast

Physical Health relates to the

Health of our physical body, it

involves our body parts and body

systems. It is rated off of how well

each of these function. There are

two local services to help your

physical health.

Fit n Fast is a gym that allows you to work out at any time from 2am - 2pm. It is fast, efficient and most importantly a great gym.

Social

Two Healthy Habits:

  • Excercise Regularly
  • Eat well

Lite n Easy

Facebook

Your social health is about your ability to socialize, make friends and generally interact with other people. If your social health is good you will most likely have lots of friends and be likeable.

Lite n Easy delivers directly to your house. It has premade microwave ready meals that will help you lose weight and eat well.

Facebook allows you to catch up with friends when you can't make it around to see them personally. It makes it easy to find people you know as all you need is their name. Facebook is international and is a great way to expand your social borders.

Two Healthy Habits:

  • Always try to start conversations with new people.
  • Visit cafe's and Restaurants with people you want to get closer to, therefore gaining more friends

Cruise

A cruise is an excellent way to make new friends. This is also good as it has lots of things to do, this shows you interesting places to take people. Also this allows you to go around with friends and find out about them while participating in some breathtaking one in a lifetime experiences.

Cognitive

Cognitive Health relates to the function of your mind. It is based on your problem solving, understanding and memory.

Spiritual

Your spiritual health measures

your stability within spirituality.

Two Healthy Habits:

  • Take time Each day to clear your mind and think about religion purpose and any spiritual questions you have
  • Ask questions about your religion. E.G; if you are a christian, go to church to find out more and ultimately improve your spiritual health

Churches

Churches are an excellent way to expand and challenge your spirituality. It broadens your mind and will show you hopefully what you want in your spiritual life. It is good to try different churches. One good church is Hillsong. It focuses on making the bible make sense to your life. The worship music is engaging and is great for the whole family. 1-5 Solent Circuit, Norwest Blvd, Baulkham Hills.

Lumosity

Hills Yoga

Lumosity is an online site that helps all areas of cognitive health. It improves memory, math ability and almost everything within cognitive health. It just feel like games but it has been created from close study on neuroscience. It is great for adults and fits in your time slot as it is online and available at all times anywhere and everywhere.

Breathe in, Breathe Out. Yoga may be stereotypical but it is an amazing way to calm your mind and your soul. It allows you to be at peace with the world helping your over all spiritual health.

Mental

Your mental health focuses on your state of mind. It usually effects your personality. Some people may have Bipolar or anxiety. That is a mental problem and relates to mental health.

Two Healthy Habits:

  • Value yourself; Know that you are important and amazing.
  • Always set realistic goals: this means achievements will always feel good

Creating Change

Creating change is an organization with psychologists that you can have personal sessions with. They are very effective and allow you to see things clearly. Going regularly is almost gaurenteed to improve your mental health

APS

Australian Psychological Society can be easily used. It is able to give useful and professional advice about psychology. it is an Australian Organization and is funded by the government and has care to give good advice for many different topics and problems.
