External:

Urethra: long narrow tube that carries urine from the bladder out through the tip of the penis, AND passageway for sperm (in semen) to leave the penis during ejaculation.

Inner and Outer Labia: lips (flaps) inside the vulva that cover the clitoris, urethra and vagina opening.

Opening to Urethra: urethra brings urine to outside the body. The opening is covered by the labia and above the vagina opening.
Opening to Vagina: Vagina is the passageway between the uterus and the outside of the body. Periods exit the body from the opening, and babies are often delivered from this opening. It is surrounded by the labia.
Anus: opening (in bum) where feces leaves the body.

Ovaries: contains the female sex cells (eggs/ova). Located at end of fallopian tubes.
Fallopian Tubes: 2 tubes that are passageways that the egg travels through after leaving the ovary on the way to the uterus.
Uterus: is made of strong muscles and is hallow inside. It is connected to fallopian tubes and the vagina (via cervix). It is where a baby develops and uterine lining from your period comes from.
Cervix: small opening at the lower part of uterus. Connects uterus to vagina.
Vagina: passageway from the uterus to the outside of female body. (The opening where period discharge comes out, can be used as opening during sex, vaginal birth babies enter the world from this opening, and the opening that tampons enter.)
