Translations
If the artwork is ok and does NOT need any changes please notify the art department of the projects approval, we will remove approved
artwork from the pipeline. and send to China, Project that have not been approved will not be sent off. Again approvals should always
be in writing

Communicate with the design team if needed. If the PLS is filled out correctly we should have everything we need, however we understand that things change and if this is the case than please talk to us before we get to far into the project.
Please give good feedback on artwork that has been sent for review. If the project needs to be changed, be clear on what those changes are "in writing" (email)... Again feel free to come and talk to the Design team about any issues
but it's best to have any changes in writing.
For Translations please follow the same steps as before fill out PLS and submit to the art department, we will send request for the translations... please note if the original language/info is new and the art department does NOT have it, fill out the translation sheet on the server and submit to the art department with PLS.

Pipeline:
Put Project on the design pipeline at the bottom of the list and if it becomes a bigger Priority speak to Tyson to have it moved up on the list, Tyson will let the design team know that there was a change. if there is a project in the pipeline that does not have a PLS it will not
be worked on.

Please fill out a Project Layout Sheet (PLS) (found on the server) Fill out PLS completely
the Pattern name should be as follows
Brand + Size or count + What is being made...
Ex. GripSports_68Unite_Display
