The Prison Patch Educational Program

-The program would reduce recidivism and be cost effective by having -Prison Patches, Land fields where prisoners grow and harvest the fields within their state. They grow fruits and vegetables which are sold at a minimal price to the community.

Unused and land donated for use would be used to grow and sell the product.

This allows for income for the program, keeps prisoners busy and productive, and lowers if not vanishes the recidivism of prisoners.

-This program will give communities fresh vegetables and fruits, allow prisoners a chance at education and a release back to the community to become successful citizens of the world.

Lets put these individuals to REALLY help the community.....
