Pashtunwali: The Honor Code of the Pashtun

Pashtuns are an ethnic group with significant population in Afghanistan and Pakistan.

They follow a traditional honor code called Pashtunwali.

Hospitality and protection must be offered to all visitors without expectation of favor.

Men are responsible of protecting the integrity and honor of their families.
