Have you ever tickled yourslef

It would be impossible because there are many nerves under your skin alert because of the slightest touch. And the nerves alter your brain. A slightest touch is manged by two regions of your brain.

The sensory cortex processes touch. The anterior cingulate cortex which possess happiness. These two cortex together make you laugh because it tickles.
