Puerto Rico is full of culture. To the food like platanos, rice and beans, pastales, sancocho, and empanadas. the music is full of instruments and singing. There's crime in Puerto Rico, just like everywhere else. Some places are very high in crime rate, but others don't have crime and those usually are the really small towns.
