Jewish history begins with the covenant established between God and Abraham more than 4000 years ago.It began in a region known as Canaan, which is located in territories belonging to Palestine and Israel.
there are many Jewish festivals but the most common are Jewish new year which represents the celebration of the following year coming. Hanukkah which represents the festivals of light. Lastly, the Shabbat which is primarily a day of rest and prayer.

Judaism is a complete way of life, filled with rules and practices that affect every aspect of life: what you do when you wake up in the morning, what you can and cannot eat, what you can and cannot wear, how to groom yourself, how to conduct business, who you can marry, how to observe the holidays and Shabbat, and perhaps most important, how to treat God, other people, and animals. This set of rules and practices is known as halakhah.
Judaism is classified as Monotheistic which is the belief of 1 god. Many Jews believe in reincarnation, but not in the type of reincarnation believed by dharmic religions.
