Give me liberty or
give me death!
Said by Patrick Henry
Patrick said this famous challenge on March
23, 1775 at the Second Virginia Convention.
"I know not what course others may take; but as for me, give e liberty, or give me death!"
Henry wants you to take a side in the war soon to come and he wants to know what the American colonists will do. Will they fight for liberty or be under control of Great Britain.
