One day, Hannah was very curious on why she had a HA (headache). It's been happening constantly and occuring qod (every other day) so she wanted to ask her family for more information about her medical traits.

Since the headaches would not stop, she called to make an appointment for a FU(follow-up). LPN(licensed pracical nurse) always asks the Pt(Patient), if there is any chance her being pregnant.

Of course she is not pregnant, her mom ask the nurse, "Why has Hannah had so many headaches?" Nurse says Hannah is likey to have, "MMR(measles, mumps, rubella), UA(urinalysis), TB(Tuberculosis), and needs more WBC(white blood cell). Here is some of her medical traits.

It was very hard for her to get OOB(out of bed) in the morning but still went to school. Hannah was not feeling AAO(alert, awake, and oriented) at school, so she called home. The Sx(Symptoms) for headaces are: blurry vision in OU (both eyes), nausea, and more. She would take medicine q4h(every 4 hours). She first asked her grandparents, who both had a Hx (history) of medical issues.
