How My Physical Wellness Affects my Social Wellness
If I am emotionally confident in my charismatic skills then I will be more apt to talk to random people or people I hardly know, make more friends, expand my social circle and improve my social wellness.
Things I do to try to become physically fit, things like kayaking and going to the gym, allow me to meet new people. My mother and I participate in a kayaking group during the summers, in which we are able to meet new people and expand our social circle and increase our social wellness.

The fact that I have good physical wellness will positively affect my emotional wellness. I will feel confident about my body shape and overall become more emotionally stable about my body confidence.

I also struggle with my spiritual wellness. I should work on improving parts of my life where I pray or meditate, appreciate life. I should also rid myself of self destructive behaviors.

I must improve my environmental wellness. I chose to take my car when I do not have to and I rarely go out of my way to be environmentally friendly.

Although I am sufficient in most intellectual cases, I struggle with participating in fine arts and learning from mistakes.

I continue to enjoy and have meaning to the work I do at school, my job, and on my path to college. I don't, however, read at all which should change. I could get lots of benefits that I am missing out on if I start reading for fun.

I do maintain good habits emotionally, like being able to give honest feedback, but I struggle with dealing with obstacles like stress, mistakes, and anger.
To maintain my social wellness, I participate in resolving conflicts and violence. I also try to keep positive and healthy relationships in my life.
Consistent
I keep mostly healthy physical habits. I am strong at maintaining exercise, sleep, and choices that would otherwise affect my physical health. I could, however, improve the types of food I eat.
