For the purposes of the CBMS coding system, the acceptable codes for Question 27 are the 7-digit course codes of the Philippine Standard Classification of Education.
NUTRITIONAL STATUS OF CHILDREN 0-5 YEARS OLD
QUESTION 71: Nutritional status of children 0-5 years old and date of record of Barangay Nutrition Scholars
Question 71 applies to household members 0-5 years old. The information will be obtained from the weighing report (Operation Timbang of the barangay workers (Barangay Nutrition Scholars or BNS and Barangay Health Worker or BHW) and entered to this question at the end of each field working day. Before submitting the accomplished questionnaires, make sure to check the names of the children in the weighing report and include the nutritional status of these children in the questionnaire. The codes of the nutritional status are as follows:
1 – Overweight - has a > +2SD (more than plus 2 standard deviation) value, meaning the child's weight is "high" for his/her age
2 - Normal
3 – Underweight (UW) - has a < -2SD (less than minus 2 standard deviation) value, meaning the child's weight is "low" for his/her age
4 – Severely underweight (SUW) - has a < -3SD (less than minus 3 standard deviation) value, meaning the child's weight is lower than underweight limits or severely low for the child's age
Also indicate the date (month and year) from which the nutritional status was reported by the BHW or BNS.
If the child (0-5 years old) was not found in the list, refer the name of the child to the BHW/BNS so they could weigh and evaluate the child's nutritional status and provide to the editor.

QUESTION 16: "What is ______'s ethnicity by blood?"
For the purposes of the CBMS coding system, the acceptable codes for Question 16 are the 181 codes from the Enumerator’s Manual of the Census of Population and Housing, National Statistics Office, 2010.
COUNTRY OF DESTINATION
QUESTION 19: "Where is ____ country of destination?"
If member is an OFW, answer is “YES” in Question 19, choose the country of destination from the list below.

QUESTION 37: "What was ___'s primary occupation during the past week?"
Based on the job or occupation of each working member, determine the code of the occupation, job or business in which the specific job or occupation of each working member belongs to. The list of occupation is found in the attached Philippine Standard Occupational Classification (PSOC) . For the purposes of the CBMS coding system, the acceptable codes for Question 37 are the 6-digit unit group codes found in Appendix B for reference of the CBMS editor/coder.

Question 37 - Occupation - make sure that the chosen Occupation Code matches the description provided
