Conclusion

If Space Laws didn't exist...

1.Describe space law cases that you foresee in the future.

  • I predict someone claiming the entire Milky Way galaxy for themselves.

2. Explain how the exploitation of space could be affected by the absence of space law?

  • Our whole solar system would be owned by people who think they should possess it or having our solar system be abused by destruction.

Space Law

  • The Moon and other celestial bodies would be used carelessly
  • Some individuals would us weapons of mass destruction in outer space
  • The entire galaxy might be owned by some crazy and consired individuals.

According to the “Outer Space Treaty”, Sylvio Langevin broke one of the laws stating that "Outer space and celestial bodies are not subject to national appropriation". He claimed the planets for his own personal self, which broke one of the most important space laws.

Influence of Decision

On 27 December 2011, Langevin was cleaning up documents and finds newspaper articles providing details about the planets Mercury, Jupiter, Venus, and Saturn as well as observation missions NASA on several planets in the solar system. He sees a chance to gain these planet bodies so he says, "I will be making a collection like others collect hockey cards."
