Conclusion
If Space Laws didn't exist...
According to the “Outer Space Treaty”, Sylvio Langevin broke one of the laws stating that "Outer space and celestial bodies are not subject to national appropriation". He claimed the planets for his own personal self, which broke one of the most important space laws.
On 27 December 2011, Langevin was cleaning up documents and finds newspaper articles providing details about the planets Mercury, Jupiter, Venus, and Saturn as well as observation missions NASA on several planets in the solar system. He sees a chance to gain these planet bodies so he says, "I will be making a collection like others collect hockey cards."
