About Hercules
Hercules
Hercules is the son of Zeus and a mortal named Alcmene. He was known for his strength and kindness. Hercules is the one who saved Prometheus who was chained to that rock. It took 1000 years for Hercules to save Prometheus. For Prometheus, it wasn't that long since he is a god. At that time Zeus was pleased with the humans so did'nt care anymore if anyone saved him or not.
Zeus and his fear of the humans misusing fire
Zeus didn't trust the humans with fire, so he decided that if he did not give it to them he would not have to fear them using it for the wrong reasons. He also knew that without the fire they would not live as long because, they needed fire in there daily lives to survive.
Prometheus's punishment
After Zeus found out what Prometheus did he punished him. Zeus punished him by chaining him to a rock, just to make him more miserable Zeus sent storms to beat angry waves against him, after that he made the sun shine so bright it burnt his skin, he even sent a bird to eat away at his skin.

Zeus
Zeus is a god of sky, lighting, law, order, and justice. Zeus was Merciful and unpredictable to mortals and gods. He possessed a great knowledge. So much people admired Zeus because he was a supreme ruler of mortals and gods. He married his sister Hera, but then she figured out that he had numerous amount of love affairs. He had a lot of wives and children. his weapon is the Thunderbolt He uses it to strike down on to earth.
Prometheus
Prometheus knew that Zeus did not trust the humans with fire. Although he knew this information he thought that the humans should have been given a few more chances because everyone deserves chances. So without Zeus's permission Prometheus stole one of is lighting bolts and gave it to the humans.
