The Bermuda Triangle

Conclusion

In conclusion, The Bermuda Triangle is a legend, and

only a legend. Evidence proves that the triangle is not at

all unexplainable and weird. There is evidence to support

why both ships and airplanes disappear. Since there are

many storms and a change in magnetic content, which causes compasses not to work, it is believable that there could be problems with ships and airplanes. However, even with all of these facts supporting why there would be more

disappearances, the number of ships that disappear in the triangle is not even higher! In fact, The Bermuda Triangle

isn't even in the top 10 most dangerous waters to sail in! Evidence and Facts prove that the triangle is fake!

Evidence

  • A lot of ships go there because it is

a bountiful area, so when there are more

ships, there is a higher chance that they will sink

or have problems. When navigating the area was new,

the ships did not know where reefs were, so they could

hit one and the ship would sink.

  • Gas deposits come up and the water density becomes less causing the ships to sink.
  • One reason why the airplanes get lost is because of the change in magnetic content in the area. The compasses stop working and this causes planes to go the wrong way. When the planes run out of fuel, they have no way to fly anywhere.

More Evidence

  • Storms pass through the area

and heavy fog surrounds the ships in the

triangle making it harder to see.

  • The triangle is not rated in top 10

most dangerous waters to sail in.

  • # of ships that were reported missing

wasn't higher than any of the other waters.

Facts

Three points of triangle are Miami, Bermuda,

and Puerto Rico

The term Bermuda triangle was first used by Vincent

Gaddis who called it ¨The Deadly Bermuda Triangle.¨

  • Flight 19 was one flight to disappear, it was part of

training for pilots and the planes went missing. So did one of the search planes sent to find it.

  • It was reported that the planes were lost about an hour and a half into the flight and the compasses stopped working
  • The Cyclops, a US Navy collier vanished in 1918. It was one of the largest ships ever lost in the triangle.
