Mangolia's Family Structure

Who takes care of the elderly?

Here in Mangolia, we have the elderly take care of themselves! Each and every senior citizen get and are required to use special wrist bands and walkers that give them all the support that they need. The wristbands check their vital signs and see if their blood flow is normal. If it isn't, the wristband will produce a solid hologram that will scan the distressed elderly. Once it does this, the hologram will figure out what medical attention is needed and perform it. When the hologram is sure that their patient is well, it will turn back into a vapor inside the wristband. Now onto the walkers. The walkers allow the elderly to access whatever point they want without walking. These special walkers do use blue tooth, but just in case, there is a neurological helmet that locks into their brain. Once it knows what destination it has to go, it will inform the walker and the walker will put up its special safety dome to protect it's rider and get to the place quicker than a car. How can it go so quickly? Well, one it's passenger is safely seated in its dome, the walker will then use jet-propelled hover pad to go at 400 miles per hour. Even with the walker's intense speeds, the safety dome protects the elder with its aerodynamic style, making it feel comfortable and relaxed on the inside. Oh, and did I mention that the solid hologram is able to actually interact its beholder and keep him/her company. The holograms are taught to look and act like the loved ones of the elder that it is entertaining. Clearly, our elderly live a safe and luxurious life with their highly enhanced walkers and modified wristbands.

Gender Roles

Family Unit

Children

There is one simple answer on whether or not we have gender roles. The answer is, we have none! Our civilization uses both males and females equally at every single job and activities. We treat all genders with equivalent kindness and respect that they deserve.

Our children are raised by their loving and nurturing parents. In fact our mangolian president approved of the law that all children are to be watched for at least eight hours a day by at least one of their beautiful parents. Also the mangovernment approved the law that parents may not divorce after having a kid. This way kids shall not be scarred, but if a parent abuses their child they shall be sent to an attention center to prevent them from ever doing their cruel action again.

In Mangolia, families are made up of one or two loving parents and there are usually three children in the average family. Also, family members and relatives are allowed to live in their relatives' houses, but not required to. Pets and animals are also welcome in Mangolian households, unless they are aggressive, in which we will give the animal one week to behave itself. If not the animal will be sent to a very welcoming animal shelter with its own kind, and the family is always welcome to visit their pet there.
