The common people of France, because most of them were poor, could not afford good food. This ment that many people became malnurished. The aristocrats however waste lots and lots of food on their extravagent parties.
Another aspect of the French Revolutionary war was the growing inequality. The French Aristocrats became richer by the day while the common people became poorer by the day. This created much resentment for the rich.
The French people, at the time, were very divided; there were the aristocrates (the rich), and there were the common people (the poor). The common people wanted to overthrow the aristocrats for their equality.
An advantage the common people of France had was their population. 97% of France's population at the time was made up by the common people. This would later give the common people the upper-hand during the French Revolutionary wars.
After 10 years of fighting the common people prevailed! Because of the many aspects commpeling the common French people they overthrew the Aristocratic Monarchy.
