PLANNING AND ANALYZING SOLUTIONS

IDENTIFYING PROBLEMS

The researchers will be tasked to observe an on-going production process

After decisions are made, they are to be evaluated to learn how the issues were resolved

The researchers will study the identified problems and carefully make choices to arrive on a sound resolution

the researchers will schedule an appointment with the supervisor in charge of the company’s personnel to have discussion with regards to the different issues in the process

If the solution succeeds, its effectiveness will be evaluated but if not, the planning will start over again

Proposed solutions will not be limited to just one. Researchers will have to form three at the least possible solutions based off of hypothesized results
