The selection process aims to ensure that everyone participating in an AIESEC exchange is suitable and will have a positive experience while on exchange.

Where we provide you with info about your Journey in AIESEC after you've been accepted

5.Preparation
Once u get matched the TN-Manager will send the IL
You're gonna be following up with the rest of the paperwork needed to get your VISA based on the country
talk to the TN-Manager , he'll provide u with info about the required papers and procedures
Preparation sessions will be provided before you travel so u'll be fully prepped.
6.Realisation
Is the instant when when you have your passport and flight tickets in one hand and u've landed safely in the other country
Cultural Representation :
It's Possible that there will be a
GLOBAL VILLAGE
where the EPs will be representing their own cultures . You're encouraged to bring more stuff so that people can know more about Egypt's culture
7.Re-Integration
When you're back to Egypt , You've the chance into joining AIESEC and becoming an AIESECer for an opportunity to change even more lives and leaving an immense impact
