Vitamin E: Found in food naturally. acts as antioxidants and helps create energy.

Vitamin K: Stops serious bleeding when a blood vessel is injured. Builds strong bones. Stop heart disease.

Folic acid: Type of vitamin B. Found in foods like: died beans, peas, lentils, oranges and much more. Helps make new cells. Helps stops you from getting cancer.

what is the outcome of not getting enough vitamins

No vitamin a= Dry eyes.

Too much vitamin a= Hair loss,double vision or worse.

No vitamin b= anemia,fatigue or not feeling hungry.

Too much vitamin b= pain in the chest.

No vitamin d=more likely to feel depressed, less likely to survive cancer and more.

HOW CAN I GET VITAMINS FROM FOOD

Strawberries and kiwi's are high in vitamin C. Beef has lots of iron. tofu,soy milk and green peas are all high in protein. toast has fiber. hot tip: a quick and healthy breakfast toast with avocado and egg.

why do we need minerals

Like vitamins, minerals help your body grow,develop and stay healthy. Your body takes minerals from anything edible,to do different things. it can also help bones stay strong.

Too much of one thing is very bad!

There are no vitamins in fizzy drinks.

Coffee can reduce mineral intake.

Vitamin tablets can do more harm than good.

If you are very low on a vitamin you could be felling a little sick.

take vitamin tablets if you do or drink one of the above.
