Jackson justified this treaty by saying its the Creeks payment for the expense of an “unprovoked, inhuman, and sanguinary” war.

The Treaty also made the creeks break off all communication with spanish Florida and great Britain.

This gave the U.S the right to establish military posts, trading houses and roads through "cREEK" territory, which gave free navigation to for american citizens

All the creeks who were fighting against the Americans were forced to surrender and help to restore all property (including slaves and horses).
