APHENPHOSMPHOBIA

emmotional symptoms:

  • desire to flee
  • persistent worrying about upcoming events that involve being touched

The anxiety of fear can go from mild feelings, to a full- blown panic attack.

Physical symptoms:

  • dizziness
  • shaking
  • shortness of breath or smothering sensation
  • chest pain
  • discomfort
  • sweating
  • nausea
  • numbness in different areas of the body
  • hot or cold flashes

Every case of Aphenphosmphobia is different. The main reasons are because of patterns of thinking, the images, movies, sounds, and dialog, that are internally associated with being touched are different in each person.

  • Fear of loosing control or going crazy
