The minion revolution
The Minion Revolution
When some of the minions got so mad they marched 12 miles to King Gru's castle. For one simple demand bread so they wouldn't die of starvation. This supposedly when queen Lucy said let them eat cake.
When rumors of wanting to stop the rebels they stormed the local jail on July 14,1789. They stole all the gun powder to power their weapons to fuel the revolution. This was the beginning of the revolution.
I'm the first estate
The lair had a hard time getting and maintaing a leader that was not corrupt like Bob or ignoant like king Gru. The minions liked the ideas of Napleian but when he gained absolute power he was corrut and lost many battles to end the rule of the Lair empire. The lair is now looking for a new non corrupt leader.
The End
When the revolution finally ended a new leader needed to emerge. This leader was napoleon. Napoleon was a man of great power and became an emperor and had an empire larger than the roman empire. He came up with an idea based on the ideas of the minion code of no privileges from birth.
We are the second estate
After storming out of the meeting they went to the tennis courts to form an oath to not stop until they had made a new revolution.
Once upon a time the minions had a hard time in the lair at least most of them did. There were the third estate which were the farming minions. Then there were the second estate which were your rich minions. Finally there was the first estate which was the church. Now our story starts with a poor harvest so naturally banana prices went up to pay for the outrages taxes set in the lair.
The second estate was starting to be taxed so they held an estates general meeting. But they couldn't decide how to vote so they asked king Gru and he said one vote per estate which eventually lead to the third estate to continue to be taxed and storm out.

Our king was the king gru and the queen Lucy. King gru was ignorant and the queen wasn't even evil she was good and sent as a bargaining chip. She was only concerned with buying extravagant things which is why the minions gave her the nick name Madame deficit.

To put the revolution on paper the minions wrote the minion oath. Which abolished the idea of privileges and preserved the natural rights of life liberty and pursuit of happiness. They also made a slogan of liberty equality fraternity.
During the reign of terror the minions were willing to kill anybody including their own leader bob to continue the revolution. their choice of murder was the guillotine. The commite of public safety decided who went based on the peers of the people.
