- Service Providers - Austin Resource Center for the Homeless/Front Steps, Salvation Army, Caritas of Austin, Trinity Center, Downtown Austin Community Court, ECHO, and others
HOW:
A team actively working the streets/working with people in need by:
- Building trust
- Provide triage
- Motivate clients
- Connect to services
