South Korea's technology has recently been increasing a rapid pace, and it has been very helpful to their people. With better technology, the can now communicate with other countries more efficiently. This allows them to trade and import resources in a shorter amount of time.
Cultural Consequences:
The upgrade in technology has allowed South Korea to become more open to talking to other countries.

After the Korean war, Korea has became open to trading with other counties through World Trade Organization. This has helped lead a boom on economic growth in Korea.
South Korea's globalization started after the war. They wanted to be more open to the world and now they have a Constitutional Republic. Before this they were in a Dictatorship, and now the people are more free in this form of government.
Physical Consequences:
Possible Catastrophic Problems:
*issues may arise with south Korea
*Uses up resources quickly
*If one country collapses, the others will as well
There wasn't much change in the physical change in South Korea during globalization. But they have grown more due to opening more to the world and that's due to the division of the two countries.
