Signs/Symptoms

Treatment

Very contagious and spreads through person-to-person contact. Lives in a infected persons throat and intestines. Spreads through feces.

The vaccines are (IPV) inactivated poliovirus vaccine and (OPV) oral poliovirus vaccine.
