The Department of Psychology is committed to develop professionally competent and goal-driven psychologist who will lead as role models in the clinical, industrial, and school settings.

The Department of Psychology envisions itself as the foremost provider of quality psychometricians and psychologist in the Philippines.

The noble dictum "improving man as man" embodies the existence of the Our Lady of Fatima University as an educational institution dedicated to the holistic formation of men and women imbued with the necessary skills, virtues, and academic development.
