The Rules

Life Lines

Round One: Cultural Contact

Round Three: Imperialist Policies and Practices

Round Two: Historical Globalization and Imperialism

Round Four: Historical Origins Contemporary Issues

If you are unsure of an answer you can use one of two life lines. The life lines available to you are:

-Check the text (30 seconds to consult your textbook or notes)

-Cheat (you will have the opportunity to view the answers given by the other groups before providing your own)

-Each cab will hold three or four students

-Each cab ride will last no more than 10min

-During each ride you will have the opportunity to answer up to 8 questions

-For each correct answer your group earns "$25"

-You have three strikes each ride before your group is eliminated from the round

-If eliminated you must answer two consecutive questions correctly in order to rejoin the round

-The group that earns the most after the four

rounds will be the winners

Double or Nothing!

-Your verbal response must fully answer the question

-Your cab will select a spokesperson after deciding on an answer

-You have 45 seconds to come up with an answer
