After reading this book I am reminded of when I went to a camp about six hours away from home. I chose this event because the camp Rafe goes to is across the country, and I felt about the same has he did when I went to camp.
These are camps that are meant to get kids out of the justice system and get them back into the world without harm.
I think that Rafe is adventurous in this book because his mom is really frustrated and upset since his little sister will finish middle school before he does. So he agrees to go to a child correctional camp that is supposed to get kids get out of juvenile prison, so he can get back into middle school.
The tags in this book are jut washers that are panted different colors and you get the from doing obstacles and from doing things without being told.
I would pick Rafe as a friend because he understands how other people think and he knows how I feel when other people get me in trouble. We both have the character trait adventurous. I chose this character trait because he is willing to go to a children correctional camp to make his mom happy by getting back into middle school.
my book was about Rafe Khatchadorain going to a children corectional camp for a week. At the camp they explained the Ten, Twenty And Out rule which was by the third day you had to have ten tags and by the sixth day you had to have twenty tags or you were kicked out. Rafe worked nonstop to get tags including white water rafting and picking up garbage. after he got all his tags he finally got to go home but he had to start middle school all over again,
