and engineers over pay, conditions and
the outsourcing of jobs overseas (2011)

the firm halted flights in an attempt to end months of strive action by workers angered by restructuring plans.

A Total of 447 flights were canceled worldwide, 68,000 passengers were affected

that spammed its followers which
caused a twitter disaster

Held a contest on Twitter asking
users to describe their “dream luxury in-flight experience” for a pair of Qantas first-class pajamas and a toiletries kit
