The Battle of Queenston Heights

By: Saad 75

Why Is This Battle Important?

The Invasion Begins!

If the Americans did win the war, the British would have gone to jail and probably America would have been ruling Canada. Also why this is important is because otherwise we would not know if America would ever trade with France again.

As both countries startED war, The british military president (Sir Isaac Brock) was shot and sadly killed. Though the war only lasted for 1 day AS the British forces were so well AND the British canadians won The Battle.

What caused this conflict?

Mainly the war began because the Americans wanted to trade with the France and when they tried to go there, the British stopped them and jailed the Americans. So then in revenge the Americans wanted war against the British (canadians).
